COMMISSIONS

please make sure that you've read my
terms of service before commissioning!

TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL

- Do not claim my artwork and designs as your own
- Properly credit me whenever possible, I am @satuwn on most sites
- You may repost my art on your social media with credit
- I retain the right to showcase commissioned work publicly (unless agreed upon otherwise)
- Do not heavily edit my art without my permission (Hue-shifting and other minor edits are ok to do without my permission)
- I retain the right to decline a commission for any reason and at any point, you will get a refund in case payment was already made
- I will gladly fix a minor aspect of your commission if I miss a detail or instruction
- Bigger changes and overhauls after the commission is completed may require additional payment
- Commissioned artwork is for personal use, commercial use of my artwork or designs is prohibited, you must contact me to inquire about any sort of commercial uses of my work beforehand
- Specifics on what I will and won't draw are listed at the bottom of the page

DESIGNS

- You may resell, trade and gift my designs freely no matter how you obtained it
- I only ask for reasonable resale prices and NO SCALPING otherwise you may be blacklisted from future sales and interactions (I.E: Me selling a design for $50 and you buying it and re-selling it for $150+ to make a profit)
- You may change the design however you like after obtaining it
- FOR CUSTOMS ONLY: I will accept payment AFTER the sketch is done and approved by the client, but you cannot use the design or sketch until after the payment is made
- If asking for a refund during a custom design process, for full refunds I will retain the rights to the design and may put them up for sale with edits, for partial or lower you will get to keep the files

PAYMENT

- All commissions are in USD and processed via Paypal invoices
- Work will begin after the payment is received
- You may request a refund after a month if I haven't started on your commission ONLY if necessary (again, please do not commission me if you cannot wait)
- If I have started on your commission and you would still like a refund, the refund is deducted compared to how much work was done
- Failure to contact about a refund and chargebacks will result in a permanent blacklist
- I do not accept payment plans

PROCESS

- I require a clear, high quality picture or reference of the drawing subject, I will not work off of words and descriptions for non-custom design work
- I try to avoid stating specific turnaround times as the info may be inaccurate if my motivation tanks or if life gets in the way
- I will respond to inquiries to updates honestly, but I will update you myself with progress or if there will be a delay, so try to ask for updates only if I haven't updated you with anything in a while
- For smaller commissions, I will show you the sketch and once approved will finish up the commission, if you want lineart and color updates separately please ask
- For bigger, more detailed/ complicated commissions, communications will be done over Discord! I will be updating you more frequently and closely collaborating with you, so only commission me for these if you are ok with a more involved process
